1. This is for a Chinese online shop similar to wish.

5. Order the item, on mobile app for larger discounts (like it makes a difference)
   
6. Wait for the item to arrive of course.
   
7. Then inside the app go to my orders and click on the item you have purchased.
   
8. Look for the delivery time right above the tracking information.
   
9. Where it says no later than is the date you can request a refund and JOOM will send your money back within 14 days.
   
10. If you see this screen

     means you just got to wait longer...
    
    
11. This basically works because JOOM checks the tracking number for shipping information and the tracking information isn't continued after it leaves china with free shipping. This looks like the item has lost and hasn't made it.
